@FirefoxReview And there’s also a lot of us out there who are entirely knowledgeable about computers and get stuck with one of these through a JavaScript exploit from an ad. That’s how I got AV Security Suite. Safe Mode, MBAM, gone, but it was still a pain in the butt.
